彼得·希瑟

彼得·J·希瑟（英語：Peter John Heather，1960年6月8日—）是一位英國歷史學家，主攻古典時代晚期和中世紀前期的歷史，現為倫敦國王學院中世紀歷史教授^[1]，主要作品有《羅馬帝國的隕落：一部新的歷史》（The Fall of the Roman Empire: a New History of Rome and the Barbarians）、《羅馬的復辟：帝國隕落之後的歐洲》（The Restoration of Rome：Barbarian Popes and Imperial Pretenders）、《帝國與蠻族：從羅馬到歐洲的千年史》（Empires and Barbarians: Migration, Development and the Birth of Europe）等。
