顯核菌屬（學名：Caryophanon）為核衣細菌目核衣細菌科的一屬革蘭氏陽性菌。直或稍彎的多細胞桿菌（例毛狀體）。常與牛糞有關。此屬的模式種為闊顯核菌(Caryophanon latum)。
