歐森·史考特·卡德

歐森·史考特·卡德（英語：Orson Scott Card，1951年8月24日^[1]—），美國作家、評論家、公眾演說家、散文作家、專欄作家和政治家。卡德以多種風格和題材進行寫作，而最初以其科幻小說而聞名。他的小說《安德的遊戲》（1985年）和其續集《死者代言人》（1986年）雙雙獲得了雨果獎^[2][3]和星雲獎^[2][4]，也讓卡德成為唯一一位連續兩年包攬兩座美國科幻最高獎的作家。他同時作為摩門教擁護者並且是終身執業成員，以及作為反對同性戀及同性婚姻的政論家而知名。
