約翰·朱利葉斯·庫珀，第二代諾威奇子爵（英語：John Julius Cooper, 2nd Viscount Norwich，也稱為約翰·朱利葉斯·諾威奇，英語：John Julius Norwich，1929年9月15日—2018年6月1日）是一位英國歷史學家^[1]。
