美國公民及移民服務局

美國公民及移民局（英語：United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, USCIS）是美國國土安全部的一個組成部分，它的職能與之前的美國司法部下轄美國移民及歸化局類似。該部門旨在促進美國國家安全，處理移民積壓案件，並改善服務質量。
