美國憲法序言

美國憲法序言（英語：Preamble to the United States Constitution）是對美國憲法的立法目標進行介紹的一段非常簡短的弁言，作者為古弗尼爾·莫里斯，全文只有一句話。美國的法院將這句話視為美國開國元勛最初制訂憲法的根本宗旨和指導原則，序言以我們人民（英語：We the People）為起首。

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence,^{[note 1]} promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

意義和應用
