深股動脈

深股動脈（拉丁語：arteria profunda femoris；英語：deep artery of the thigh）為股動脈的其中一條分支。正如其名，深股動脈相對於股動脈的主幹位於較後方的位置。

解剖

深股動脈在股動脈的起源處就立刻分支出來，並倚股骨下行，之後穿越恥骨肌（英語：pectineus）和內收長肌（英語：adductor longus）之間，最終沿內收長肌後方下行。股深動脈沒有離開大腿。

分支

深股動脈有許多分支：

• 外側旋股動脈（英語：Lateral circumflex femoral artery）
• 內側旋股動脈
• 穿通動脈（英語：Perforating arteries），會穿越大收肌（英語：adductor magnus）進入到大腿的後隔間及內隔間。
