班傑明·薩姆納·威爾斯（英語：Benjamin Sumner Welles；1892年10月14日—1961年9月24日），美國外交官。

生平
1914年，哈佛大學畢業，歷任國務院拉美司司長、駐古巴大使等職。1933年，任助理國務卿和副國務卿。1940年發表《威爾斯宣言》譴責蘇聯侵略獨立的波羅的海三國。1941年，隨總統出席大西洋會議，協助起草《大西洋憲章》。1942年，辭職。[1]
