葡糖桿菌屬

葡糖桿菌屬（學名：Gluconobacter）為紅螺菌目醋酸菌科的一屬好氧或兼性厭氧發酵型革蘭氏陰性桿菌。細胞橢圓到桿狀。該屬可出現在花、園土、啤酒酵母、果實、蜜蜂、葡萄酒、蘋果酒、啤酒、南非班圖酒、酒醋、軟飲料中。有的菌株或許能引起菠蘿病害和蘋果及梨的腐爛，但這些菌株的鑑定有疑問。葡糖桿菌出現在富糖環境中，而醋桿菌不同，醋桿菌通常出現在富醇的環境中。此屬的模式種為氧化葡糖桿菌(Gluconobacter oxydans)。
