國王陛下蘇格蘭副檢察長（英語：His Majesty's Solicitor General for Scotland ，通稱Solicitor General for Scotland；蘇格蘭蓋爾語：Àrd-neach-lagha a' Chrùin an Alba），是英國官方律政專員的一種，為蘇格蘭檢察總長（Lord Advocate）的副手。其職責為就蘇格蘭法律（Scots Law）事宜向蘇格蘭政府提供法律意見。

副檢察長還與皇家檢察署及地方檢察官服務處（Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service）共同構成蘇格蘭刑事檢控署（Criminal Prosecution Service）。

歷史
在1999年蘇格蘭議會及蘇格蘭政府成立之前，由蘇格蘭檢察總長及蘇格蘭副檢察長一直為英國政府提供法律諮詢。自從他們轉移至蘇格蘭政府後，便改為由蘇格蘭法律事務專員（Advocate General for Scotland）就蘇格蘭法律事宜向英國政府提供法律意見。
現任蘇格蘭副檢察長是Ruth Charteris。她自2021年6月起擔任蘇格蘭檢察總長Dorothy Bain的副手。此乃歷史上首次兩個職位都由女性擔任。
