太陽桿菌屬（Heliobacillus），也稱螺旋菌屬，是太陽桿菌科的一屬含細菌葉綠素g的光合細菌。細胞呈杆形。生產於水田中。該屬的模式種也是惟一種為運動螺旋菌(Heliobacillus mobilis)。
