歷史

貝塞斯達遊戲工作室和貝塞斯達軟體公司的Logo

貝塞斯達之下有兩家公司，「貝塞斯達遊戲工作室」和「貝塞斯達軟體公司」，前者用於由貝塞斯達公司自己的團隊完成開發的遊戲，而（可能）由其他公司發行。後者的功能只用於發行遊戲。而這兩種用法因遊戲而異。

2021年3月9日微軟宣布完成對ZeniMax Media的收購，貝塞斯達軟體成為旗下微軟遊戲（Microsoft Gaming，2022年前為Xbox遊戲工作室）的一員。^[2]

收購

• 2009年6月24日，Bethesda的母公司ZeniMax收購了id Software公司。
• 2010年10月28日，正式宣佈收購日本遊戲製作人三上真司位於東京的遊戲公司Tango Gameworks。
