麥拉倫720S是由英國汽車製造商麥拉倫汽車公司設計和製造的超級跑車。這是超級系列的第二款全新車，取代了2014年發表的麥拉倫650S。
720S於2017年3月7日在日內瓦車展上推出。720S內蘊全新開發M840T引擎，4.0升雙渦輪增壓V8引擎最大峰值可達720匹/7,500rpm、73.4公斤米/5,500rpm，運用源自賽道頂尖空力設計，並以專屬碳纖維技術打造Monocage II單體碳纖維座艙底盤、科技不斷進化的ProActive Chassis Control II主動式四輪液壓連動懸吊，0-100km/h加速2.9秒、0-200km/h僅需7.8秒，極速可達每小時341公里。
