銦的同位素

銦(原子量:114.818)在自然界中由兩種同位素組成,其中比較多的是有放射性,但半衰期長達4.41×1014年的115In,占了天然銦的95.7%,而穩定的113In只占了4.3%。在所有有穩定同位素的元素中,只有碲和錸同樣有豐度比穩定同位素還高的放射性同位素。

除了115In以外,銦最長壽的放射性同位素是111In,半衰期為2.8047天。銦還有47種同核異構體,其中最長壽的是半衰期49.51天的114m1In。
銦-111(英語:Indium-111)可用作伽馬攝影(英語:gamma camera)的放射性示蹤劑,[2]也用於白血球造影(英語:Indium-111 WBC scan),檢測是否有隱藏的感染。
