鞋拔子

鞋拔子或鞋拔是一種穿鞋時更為方便的工具。它使得鞋保持張開狀態，在腳後跟與鞋後幫之間提供了一個光滑表面，避免了鞋後幫貼住腳後跟而使得穿鞋時腳難以進入鞋裡。現今，其材質主要是塑料、木製、竹製、金屬制。

鞋拔子的形狀基本類似，除了其手柄有長有短。長手柄的鞋拔子適合穿長筒靴，或者體弱者、老年人穿鞋時不需彎腰或蹲下。
