1976年地方政府法令（馬來語：Akta Kerajaan Tempatan 1976；英語：Local Government Act 1976）是馬來西亞國會制定的一項法令，旨在修訂和整合有關地方政府的法律。

序言
鑑於為了確保法律和政策的一致性，制定一項關於地方政府的法律是權宜之計：
結構
截至2012年12月1日，《1976年地方政府法令》現行版本共分為16個部分，包含166個條文及2個附表（包括7次修正案）：
- 第一部分：初步（Preliminary）
- 第二部分：地方政府行政（Administration of Local Authorities）
- 第三部分：地方政府官員與雇員（Officers and Employees of Local Authorities）
- 第四部分：事務處理（Conduct of Business）
- 第五部分：一般財務規定（General Financial Provisions）
