動植物衛生檢驗署（英語：Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service，簡稱APHIS），是美國農業部下設的專門負責動植物衛生檢驗檢疫的機構。APHIS的主要職責，是防止動植物疫病傳入或在美國傳播。在進口方面，APHIS的職責是對到港的進口動植物進行抽查，以確保其符合APHIS有關防疫要求。
