地球物理研究期刊

歷史

地球物理研究期刊於1896年創刊時，美國地球物理聯盟的會長路易士·阿格里可拉·鮑爾（英語：Louis Agricola Bauer）命名為 Terrestrial Magnetism^[2]。1899年到1948年期間名稱為 Terrestrial Magnetism and Atmospheric Electricity^[3]。1980年建立了三個部分：A: Space Physics, B: Solid Earth, and C: Oceans^[4]。之後再建立四個部分：1984年建立 D: Atmospheres^[4]、1991年建立 E: Planets^[5]、2003年建立 F: Earth Surface^[6]、以及2005年建立的 G: Biogeosciences^[6]。
