類鐸受體4（英語：Toll-like receptor 4）是由人類基因 TLR4 編碼的蛋白質，是一種膜蛋白質，也被稱為CD284（分化簇284，cluster of differentiation 284），是模式識別受體中類鐸受體（TLR）家族的成員，可結合其配體脂多醣（LPS）活化NF-κB信號通路，在先天免疫系統中起到重要作用^[6]。
