Underground Development（前身為Z-Axis Games）是於大衛·倫茨在1994年創立的遊戲開發商。[1]

2002年5月，該公司被動視收購，並於2005年搬到加利福尼亞州福斯特城。[2]2008年初，工作室更名為Underground Development。2008年4月19日，動視宣布，該工作室將在完成PlayStation3版Enemy Territory: Quake Wars後關閉。[3]然而，工作室繼續營運，並在2009年2月移動到紅木海岸地區加利福尼亞州紅木城的一個新的辦公室[4]。
2010年2月11日，因為威望迪的一個削減成本計劃，動視關閉該工作室。
