楊詩敏（Harriet Yeung，1975年12月29號—[1]），花名蝦頭，香港喜劇女演員，於2006年獲香港戲劇協會香港舞台劇獎「最佳女主角（喜／鬧劇）獎」，2007年再獲「最佳女配角（喜／鬧劇）獎」提名。佢喺1998同1999年喺香港演藝學院獲榮譽學士（導演）同演藝深造文憑（表演）後，一直同香港唔同劇團合作。2007年加入詹瑞文、甄詠蓓嘅PIP劇場成為全職演員同PIP藝術學校導師，又曾參演《戲王之王》、《十分愛》同《我的最愛》等電影。佢嘅樣似後生版嘅朱咪咪。
2013年7月佢成為無綫電視旗下藝人，至2021年3月份離開。
