馮志強（英文：Fung Chih-Chiang）係香港導演同編劇，1998年出道，開頭係幫無綫電視劇集做編劇，2001年開始轉為幫電影做編劇，2013年開始做埋電影導演，憑2016年電影《美人魚》入圍香港電影金像獎最佳編劇五強提名。
