內陰動脈

內陰動脈（Arteria pudenda interna），也称阴部内动脉，源自於髂内动脉，為三條陰部動脈（英语：pudendal arteries）的其中一條。內陰動脈負責供養外生殖器的血流。

內陰動脈為內髂動脈（英语：internal iliac artery）前分支的終末分支，在雌性個體身上較雄性細小。

解剖

內陰動脈源自於髂内动脉，並爬經骨盆側壁。並於坐骨大孔的梨状肌下方離開骨盆腔，進入臀部。之後沿著薦棘韌帶（英语：sacrospinous ligament），穿過坐骨小孔（英语：lesser sciatic foramen）進入會陰。後與內陰靜脈（英语：internal pudendal veins）及陰部神經在會陰管（英语：pudendal canal）中並行。
