昆士蘭州律政司（英語：Attorney-General of Queensland）是昆士蘭州政府的一個廳長級職位，負責監察該州的法律及司法體系。昆士蘭州律政司會兼任司法廳長（Minister for Justice）。其與警務廳長（Minister for Police）及懲教廳長（Minister for Corrective Services）共同負責的部門為昆士蘭州司法及律政廳（英语：Department of Justice and Attorney-General (Queensland)）（Department of Justice and Attorney-General）。
