油元循環

油元循環指一个国家通過出口石油獲得的收入（稱作油元或石油美元）所進行的國際投資。 ^[3]通常指在主要的石油输出国，包含欧佩克成员国，俄羅斯與挪威中，出口石油所賺取的的收入超過能夠有效投入國內經濟的現象。 ^[4]
