鞋拔子

鞋拔子或鞋拔是一种穿鞋时更为方便的工具。它使得鞋保持张开状态，在脚后跟与鞋后帮之间提供了一个光滑表面，避免了鞋后帮贴住脚后跟而使得穿鞋时脚难以进入鞋里。现今，其材质主要是塑料、木制、竹制、金属制。

鞋拔子的形状基本类似，除了其手柄有长有短。长手柄的鞋拔子适合穿长筒靴，或者体弱者、老年人穿鞋时不需弯腰或蹲下。
