Kareedouw is 'n dorp in die Oos-Kaap-provinsie, Suid-Afrika. Die dorp is net 8 km vanaf die N2 nasionale pad en is by die oostelike ingang na die Langkloof geleë op die R62 provinsiale pad. Die NG Kerk van bewerkte sandsteen dateer uit 1905 toe die gemeente hier gestig is. Die naam is afgelei van die Khoikhoi woord !karegadaob! wat "pad met baie kareebome" beteken.

Daar is 'n groot kresootaanleg in die distrik waar houtpale behandel word. Daar word ook gemengde boerdery in die distrik beoefen. Mnr. John Vorster, eerste minister van Suid-Afrika van 1966 tot 1978, is hier in die begraafplaas begrawe.
