Cuéntame cómo pasó (transl. Tell me how it happened), usually shortened to Cuéntame and also known in English as Remember When, is a Spanish prime-time television historical drama series that originally ran on La 1 of Televisión Española for twenty-three seasons, from 13 September 2001 to 29 November 2023. It recounts the experiences of a middle-class family, the Alcántaras (Spanish: Los Alcántara), during the years of the rule of Francisco Franco, the transition to democracy, and the current democracy.[1]
