George Vance Allen

Sir George Vance Allen CBE (16 April 1894 – 2 October 1970) was an Anglo-Irish British[lower-alpha 1] medical doctor, bacteriologist and academic administrator who served as the first Vice-Chancellor of the University of Malaya.
