James B. Graham

James B. Graham (December 24, 1923 – June 22, 2007) was the Kentucky Auditor of Public Accounts from 1980 to 1984[1] and the Kentucky Superintendent of Public Instruction from 1976 to 1980.[2][3] He was a member of the Democratic Party.[4]
