Joseph Cirincione

Joseph Cirincione (/ˌsɪrɪnsiˈoʊni/,[1] SIR-in-see-OWN-ee (born November 13, 1949) is a national security analyst and author. He served as the president of the Ploughshares Fund, a public grant-making foundation focused on nuclear nonproliferation and conflict resolution.[2][3]
