Koleyn (Persian: كلين)[lower-alpha 1] is a village in, and the capital of, Koleyn Rural District of Fashapuyeh District of Ray County, Tehran province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 480 in 130 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 534 people in 158 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 433 people in 126 households.[2]
