Masatsugu Kobayashi

Masatsugu Kobayashi (小林 正紹, Kobayashi Masatsugu, 1890 - 1980) was a Japanese architect who predominantly designed government buildings.[1] His most notable works are the Meiji Memorial Picture Gallery and the Hori Shoten building in Tokyo.[2]
