Steve R. Pieczenik (/pəˈtʃɛnɪk/) (born December 7, 1943) is a Cuban-American psychiatrist, author, publisher, and conspiracy theorist.[1][2][3] In 1976, he was made Deputy Assistant Secretary of State under Henry Kissinger, Cyrus Vance and James Baker.
