Svipdagr

Svipdagr (Old Norse: [ˈswipˌdɑɣz̠] "sudden day"[1]) is the hero of the two Old Norse Eddaic poems Grógaldr and Fjölsvinnsmál, which are contained within the body of one work; Svipdagsmál.
