Kaskenkatu–Aurakatu (ruots. Kaskisgatan-Auragatan) on yksi Turun keskustan ruutukaava-alueen nk. perspektiivikaduista. Se kulkee Aurakadun nimisenä Puolalanmäeltä, Turun taidemuseon edustalta, Aurajoelle, josta se jatkuu Kaskenkatuna Kaskenmäen yli. Aurajoen yli katu kulkee Auransiltaa pitkin. Kaskenkatu muuttuu Kunnallissairaalantien risteyksen jälkeen Kaskentieksi, joka puolestaan yhdistyy Kaarinaan kulkevaan Uudenmaantiehen.
Pituutta Aurakadulla on noin 700 metriä ja Kaskenkadulla noin 800 metriä.
Kaskenkatu ja Aurakatu muodostavat yhden kolmesta Carl Ludvig Engelin Turun palon jälkeen suunnitteleman ruutukaavan muita leveämmistä kaduista, ns. perspektiivikadusta, joille oli suunniteltu myös silta Aurajoen yli.[1]
Kadut tunnettiin Itäisenä ja Läntisenä Aurakatuna 1890-luvulle asti, jolloin perustettu nimistökomitea muutti Läntisen Aurakadun nimeksi pelkän Aurakadun, ja Itäisen Aurakadun nimeksi Kaskenkadun[2].
Kadut yhdistävä Auransilta valmistui nykyiseen muotoonsa vuonna 1907.
Vuonna 1957 Aurakadun ja Eerikinkadun kulmaan asennettiin Turun ensimmäiset liikennevalot.[3] Vuonna 1995 Aurakatu muutettiin Linnankadun ja Yliopistonkadun väliltä joukkoliikennekaduksi.

Kaskenkatuun rajoittuvat Vartiovuorenmäen puistoalue ja Samppalinnanpuisto, sekä Hämeenkadun ja Itäisen Rantakadun välissä sijaitseva Runeberginpuisto.
