Khabarovsk (Roushie: Хабаровск) is the lairgest ceety an the admeenistrative centre o Khabarovsk Krai, Roushie.[4] It is locatit 30 kilometer (19 mi) frae the Cheenese border. It is the seicont lairgest ceety in the Roushie Far East, efter Vladivostok. The ceety became the admeenistrative centre o the Far Eastren Federal Destrict o Roushie in 2002. Population: 583,072 (2002 Census);[10] 600,623 (1989 Census).[11]
