Graduóse na Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School, una secundaria especializada n'artes, y más tarde nel Sarah Lawrence College. Entrenóse como actriz en Nueva York y trabayó n'obres como Smashing y Cavedweller de teatros Off Broadway.

Carrera

Wever trabayó en películes como Into the Wild, Neal Cassady, Michael Clayton, Series 7: The Contenders, Signs, The Adventures of Sebastian Cole, Bringing Rain, All I Wanna Do y The Messenger, ente otres.

Tamién trabayó en series de televisión, en dellos capítulos de Conviction, Law & Order: Criminal Intent y The Wire. Formó parte del repartu de Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, interpretando a Suzanne.
