Pectin

Polysacarid a geir mewn cellfuriau a meinwe ryng-gellol planhigion yw pectin. Defnyddir pectin fel tewychydd i baratoi jeli, jam, a marmalêd,^[1] ac fel esmwythydd mewn moddion, er enghraifft losin peswch.
