Raymond Thomas Dalio (født 8. august 1949)[5] er en amerikansk milliardær og hedgefond-forvalter, som har været med-investeringschef for Bridgewater Associates siden 1985. Han grundlagde Bridgewater i 1975 i New York.[6][7]

Dalio blev født i New York City og gik på C.W. Post College ved Long Island University, før han modtog en MBA fra Harvard Business School i 1973.
I 2013 blev Bridgewater opført som den største hedgefond i verden.[8][9]
Dalio er forfatter til bogen fra 2017, Principles: Life & Work, om virksomhedsledelse og investeringsfilosofi.[10][11]
Fra december 2024 ligger Dalio som nr. 124 på Forbes’ liste over Verdens rigeste personer med en formue på $15,4 mia. dollars.[12]
