Babuyan, auch Babuyan Island, ist eine Insel in der Provinz Cagayan auf den Philippinen. Sie ist die nördlichste der Babuyan-Inseln und liegt etwa 125 km vor der Nordküste der Insel Luzon, in der Luzonstraße.
