Villemort liegt etwa 48 Kilometer ostnordöstlich von Poitiers. Umgeben wird Villemort von den Nachbargemeinden Béthines im Norden und Osten, Haims im Süden, Antigny im Westen und Südwesten sowie Saint-Germain im Nordwesten.
