Anaqcheh Rural District (Persian: دهستان عناقچه) is in the Central District of Bavi County, Khuzestan province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Amashiyeh-ye Yek.

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population (as a part of the Central District of Ahvaz County) was 22,692 in 4,198 households.[4] There were 9,005 inhabitants in 2,112 households at the following census of 2011,[5] by which time the rural district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Bavi County and was transferred to the new Central District.[3] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 10,321 in 2,737 households. The most populous of its 31 villages was Seffak, with 869 people.[2]
