History

East Forsyth was established in 1962, after consolidating Kernersville, Walkertown and Glenn High School all into one school. The school colors (navy blue and white), the mascot (the eagle), Alma Mater and fight song were all decided before the first ever bell rang. In the 1980s, silver was added to their schools colors but it eventually shifted to gray.^[3]
