Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah (born 1959) is a former Kuwaiti military officer. He has served as Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Minister of Interior since January 17, 2024. A special emiri decree authorized him to act as prime minister when the prime minister assumes the role of Deputy Emir during the Emir’s absence from the country.[1][2][3]
