Fazil Mustafa, previously known as Fazil Gazanfaroglu, (Azerbaijani: Fazil Qəzənfəroğlu, born 15 October 1965)[1] is a deputy of the III, IV, V, and VI convocations of the National Assembly of Azerbaijan.[2]
