Kenney, attend a ceremony marking the completion of an engineering civil action project conducted by U.S and Philippine Armed Forces members, Oct 27. U.S. Marines, from Marine Wing Support Group 17, worked with the Philippine Navy and local skilled labors to build a multipurpose building in the Barangay of San Juan, San Antonio, Zambales. The Marines are currently in the Philippines participating in bilateral training exercises Talon Vision and Amphibious Landing Exercise (PHIBLEX) FY 2007.
