Sulzer, a resident of New York, was interested in various enterprises in Alaska in the early 20th century, particularly copper mines located on the western side of Prince of Wales Island. His brother, Charles Sulzer, managed these interests and himself briefly served in the U.S. House as the at-large delegate from the Territory of Alaska. |
