In the film, an adolescent prostitute is imprisoned for robbing her customers. She escapers from a minimal-security hospital, alongside an adolescent serial killer. The killer promises that her new partner (and love interest) can get medical help by the killer's former caretaker. The caretaker turns out to be a witch, a cult leader, a cannibal, and a child pornographer.
