Jacques Ferran

Jacques Ferran (30 March 1920 – 7 February 2019) was a French sports journalist and author. He was the editor-in-chief at L'Equipe and the director of France Football. He contributed to the creation of the European Cup and the Ballon d'Or.[1][2]
